In this work, I present a spectroscopic study of the system DPV 065, focusing on the analysis of its Hα profiles and the construction of Doppler tomograms to investigate the structure and dynamics of the circumstellar material. The tomographic maps reveal notable variations along the long cycle, suggesting changes in the disk’s emission and mass transfer rate. To interpret these results, we are employing SHELLSPEC and PySHELLSPEC to generate synthetic spectra and Doppler maps corresponding to different physical configurations of the disk and other features of the system like spots or jets. By comparing these models with the observed spectra, we aim to identify the most plausible disk structure and constrain the mechanisms driving the long-term variability in DPVs.
